the most important trend that has taken Ghana so far,I mean so far
that, people from all walks of life has portrayed the dance in their
various activities. Nigerian artist Wizkid contantly displays the
dance in his videos and its not just him, but most of them, if not
all.
The infamous Chris Brown concert shipped Wizkid to do his 'Azonto
freestyle' song on stage with Chris Brown. Chris Brown was recently
interview on BET on a show called 'XMarks The Spot'. He actually
talked about azonto but sorry to say he said the dance is a Nigerian
thing … really?? This will really get on the nerves of Ghanaians. I
mean what do you think OMG readers? Do we need to call Samini to
explain to him that Azonto belongs to us?"
Haven said all that, i got into thinking asking myself questions. IS
AZONTO TRUELY A NIGERIAN THING? WHICH COUNTRY INVENTED AZONTO? People
